Your insights about the meal plan's repetition and the need for modifications in workouts are important considerations. However, we apologize for any frustration you experienced with the meal plan, the repetition of workouts, the heavy promotion of supplements, and the spam emails. We're glad to hear that you found value in certain aspects of the program, such as the explanations about carb cycling and the community support. We appreciate your honesty about your experience with our program, both the positive aspects and areas where we fell short. Hello, Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback with us. Us middle age guys with a gut should stick with Bob Harper videos or the local gym. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who isn't already in really good shape and just wants to buff up. While carb cycling is working for me, I had to put my own recipes together and do all the calorie/carb counting myself so there's really no point to the program. Overall, it felt like an amateur, bait and switch program with Vince explaining why there are only a few recipes on your plan and saying not to be "lazy" and just do the (sometimes quite complex) exercises. The recipe book that I paid extra for has grammatical and ingredient errors. The 90 days of video workouts are repeats and don't offer modifications. ![]() Supplements are heavily pushed and your email and phone are bombarded with spam. If you read through it, it's about 10 recipes that repeat to get you through 90 meals for the month, and snacks are "protein bar or shake". (Although the VALUE isn't there.) Cons - The "personalized" meal plan isn't 30 days as advertised. The price is reasonable at $47 for the first program I bought. There's a Facebook community for support if you need it. Good information about why you shouldn't waste so much time on cardio. Pros - good explanation about carb cycling with examples of meals to follow.
